Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 25, 2026 · Last updated: May 25, 2026
This policy covers the two02.io website, our B2B services (web development, SEO, web automation), and every mobile application and game published under the developer account “TwoZeroTwo LLC” on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other distribution channels. It applies uniformly to all of our apps and games unless the in-app or store-listing disclosures for a specific title say otherwise.
1. Who We Are
TwoZeroTwo LLC (“TwoZeroTwo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital solutions company registered in Wyoming, USA.
- Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
- Website: https://two02.io
- Privacy contact: cs@two02.io
- Data deletion requests: cs@two02.io (subject line: “Data deletion — [app or service name]”)
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- two02.io and any subdomain we operate.
- All mobile apps and games published by TwoZeroTwo LLC on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other distribution channels.
- B2B services we provide directly to clients (web development, SEO, automation).
It does not apply to third-party websites or services we link to, or to apps developed by us under a client's own developer account.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide directly (B2B / website)
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number when you fill out a contact form or book a call.
- Project details — information about your business and project requirements you share with us.
- Payment information — processed securely through third-party processors; we do not store card details.
3.2 Information collected automatically on two02.io
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent, referral sources, browser and device type via PostHog analytics (privacy-friendly, data hosted in the USA).
- Cookies — session cookies required for the site to function and analytics cookies to understand traffic.
3.3 Information collected by our mobile apps and games
Our apps and games are designed to work without an account. Unless the in-app disclosure or store listing for a specific title says otherwise, we do not collect any personally identifiable information on our servers from app users. Specifically:
- We do not run a backend that stores user accounts, emails, or names.
- We do not collect or transmit your content, downloads, search queries, game progress, or in-app activity to TwoZeroTwo servers.
- Any data the app stores (settings, history, saves, library) is kept locally on your device and can be erased by clearing app data or uninstalling.
The only data that may leave your device is what is collected by third-party SDKs embedded in the app (e.g. ad networks, crash reporters, analytics). The categories of SDKs we may use are described in section 5; the specific SDKs present in a given title are disclosed on its store listing and within the app itself.
3.4 Device permissions
Our apps may request device permissions (storage, photos / media, internet, etc.) only when needed to deliver the feature you tap. Each permission is explained in-app at the moment of the request. Granting a permission does not mean we receive the underlying data — most permissions only allow the app to interact with your device locally.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and deliver our B2B services.
- Send project updates, invoices, and relevant communication.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and apps.
- Serve advertising in apps that include ads (see section 5).
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. (“Sell” and “share” are used as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA — see section 9.)
5. Advertising and Third-Party SDKs in Apps
Some of our apps and games are ad-supported. When a title includes ads, it is labeled “Contains ads” on its store listing. The following SDKs may be embedded:
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)
- What it collects: your device's advertising ID (a resettable identifier you control in Android Settings → Google → Ads, or iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking), approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP, ad-interaction events, and basic device/network information.
- Why: to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where you have consented.
- Controls: you can reset the advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. On iOS, ad tracking requires explicit opt-in via App Tracking Transparency.
- Policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) / consent SDK
Where required by GDPR or local law, our apps display a consent form before any ad SDK initializes. Your choice (consent or refusal) is stored locally on your device.
Other SDKs
An app or game may include additional SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, or attribution (for example, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or a mediation network). When present, these are disclosed on the title's Google Play / App Store data-safety listing. They typically process a resettable device identifier, app and device diagnostics, and crash reports — not your name, email, or content.
6. Data Retention
- Website / B2B inquiries: retained up to 3 years after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
- App data on our servers: our apps and games do not run a backend that stores personal data, so retention is not applicable — we hold nothing.
- App data on your device: retained until you clear app data or uninstall.
- Advertising and third-party SDK data: retained according to that SDK provider's own policy.
You may request earlier deletion at any time — see section 8.
7. Data Sharing
We share information only in these cases:
- Third-party SDKs embedded in our apps and games, as described in section 5.
- Service providers that host our website or process B2B payments (Cloudflare for hosting/CDN/DDoS, Cal.com for scheduling, PostHog for site analytics, payment processors).
- Legal requirements — if compelled by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TwoZeroTwo, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — if TwoZeroTwo is acquired or merged, user data may transfer subject to this policy.
We never sell personal information.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Universal rights (everyone)
- Access: request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate data.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Portability: request your data in a portable format.
- Objection / restriction: object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent: for anything we process based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, email cs@two02.io with the subject “Data request — [your topic]”. We respond within 30 days.
How to delete your data from a TwoZeroTwo app or game
- On-device data: uninstall the app, or in Android: Settings → Apps → [App name] → Storage → Clear Data; in iOS: delete the app.
- Server-side data: our apps and games do not store personal data on our servers. If you still want written confirmation, email cs@two02.io and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Regional Disclosures
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

- Lawful bases we rely on: (a) consent — for analytics and personalized ads where applicable; (b) contract — to deliver services you've requested; (c) legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our products; (d) legal obligation — when required by law.
- Transfers: when data leaves the EEA / UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
- Supervisory authority: you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA. To exercise any right, email cs@two02.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
Other US states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others)
We honor equivalent rights for residents of any US state with a comprehensive privacy law. Use cs@two02.io to submit a request.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services, apps, and games are not directed to children under 13 (US, COPPA) or under 16 (EEA / UK, GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below those ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email cs@two02.io and we will delete it.
If a title is ever published under the Google Play “Designed for Families” or Apple “Made for Kids” programs, it will follow the stricter rules of those programs and the relevant disclosures will appear on its store listing.
11. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, principle-of-least-privilege on our infrastructure, and regular review of third-party dependencies. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective date.” Where required by law, we will notify users of significant changes in-app or via the email address you've provided.
